You broke the washing machine again?
Don't put VMax parts in there anymore! |

I agree. I'm going to go one step further and say it's a Maytag.

Went to look at a new one...forget it.....they only tinkle water on top of them now! I like my clothes buried in lots of water! Complete rebuild...tranny went out..... required "special tools"....which I had .......hammer, vice grips, sockets, etc (alternate method) So now I'm your Maytag expert.....if it's making a lot of noise it probably broke (free advice). Oh yeah.....how do you remove a 200lb spring....very cafefully and search the net (works every time)! Okay on to the next project.....gotta remove some more "stuff" off the Gen 2! BTW Mark....I'll be talking to you about those mirrors (they are sweet!) Ken |

Well at least I'm my wife's biggest hero right now....I think I outdid Rocky on this one...I whipped that washer....and the wife knows how to rebuild one now....so next time I just order the parts and leave my tools out for her! |

The older ones can take a beating...especially the lid when you forget to tape it closed when you lift the top cover up.....slammed it twice against the concrete wall...wife seen it the second time ....opps! A little white paint and a little rubbing it's like new again! Duct taped it closed before the third time...because that time it would have become a habit! |

My Brother-in-law and Sister own "Richards Appliance Service", they've been in business almost 30 years. Since they live around the block from me he handles all my appliance emergencies.....I help .....(you know hold the flashlight and stuff).
