That's what I was thinking..Only thing with the bike is the limiter may slow it down. Maybe I can make through the trap in 4th so I can stay in higher RPM. What's the top end in 4th? The dunlop is a 200/50 tire so, it will change up the gears some.

I could be wrong but, I think if you hit 5th gear in the 1/4 then, you probably are short shifting. Try to run 2nd & 3rd till nearly hitting the limiter and you should be nearly hitting red in 4th as you cross the finish. I have played a little with the programmable shift light and bumped up the shift RPM to 9300. This is enough for me to react and shift before it hits the limiter. By doing this I don't make it to 5th gear in the 1/4 mile.
