Just got the Carbon gauge cover and compaired it to the factory for fit and finish,
It looks awesome carbon is top quality and made well, But the fit is wrong does not sit down on the gauge like it should and the ends are exsposed so they will damage the top cover paint it sits taller than the stock part and is narrower than it should be, I would not buy this part again maybe they will fix it for the future buyers, I maybe to picky but I do vote with my wallet! look at the pics and decide for yourself... |

Hey Brad
Yeah I wouldn't accept that either. Have you spoken with them about it yet and if so what was the response? |

OMG.
I'm shocked at that piece of... carbon fiber. My lower cowl is so nice and that is so... not nice! Hopefully MRacing will make the return as easy as possible for you. We'll see how customer friendly they are. AJ. |

Brad, I am sure that you have tried this already but I had a similar problem with the Yamaha After-Market CF Instrument Cover and it took me a little more pressure on the hold-down bolt to get the cover to press down and spread out some, in order to get it to fit snug... Don't know if that is the problem with the "Magical Racing" Moto-Works.jp company's cover but thought I would pass on info for the Yamaha cover... Art |

My guess is they are using a factory cover as mould and laying the CF intrenal once released it is narrower kinda surprised it is not the same height definatley looks taller.
My factory CF cover is a perfect fit so varation is always possible |
