Kris if Matt has a problem shipping to you i will take care of that if needed just let me know when he contacts you An extra 35 bucks is a givin the hi beam is worth it , I took my adjusting tool and went riding and made a few stops after judging height on several smaller cars i set it just below the side view mirrors on a Corolla , D when you set yours up you had your bike set pretty low in the front too. Not as low as some, It was a little less than an 1.5" |

Thanks Bob/Darryl. Very good tips. Matt didn't say shipping here was a problem. But you know I appreciate the offer Bob. Thank you
In his email to me he lists following components: LHD version Morimoto Mini D2S bi-xenon projector Morimoto 3Five Long Cord Ballast H4 Motorcycle Relay wire harness Morimoto 3Five D2S bulbs E46-R extended shroud (optional other styles as well) So I think that captures it all? Anything else I am missing? I am assuming the H4 motorcycle relay harness is the new one Darryl is talking about. He states te following in the email "The latest H4 bixenon harness we have will ensure full functionality of your low and high beam, so I have no doubt you'll be trouble-free there." Like I said seems like a top bloke. Just waiting for an invoice to send him my $$$ lol Thanks again guys |

I am of course on the other continent, but I am sure we have a good support group here to get through this. Doesn't seem all that hard. Baking part is the only think I am concerned. I can just see me massing up a conversion from F to C to start with, or be told after melting it that the temp provided was for fan forced ovens or something like that. |

Hi Kris. If your concerned about the baking process, I'm pretty sure that I have a headlight in on my rack of Vmax parts in the workshop if you want to practice? I can't remember its condition but it might let you have a go before having to crack yours open.

Ordered the parts yesterday for this mod. After getting caught down in deer country in the dark with Shaun a couple weeks back, we quickly realized how bad our stock headlights SUCK!

Yes, planning to do just that Bob. Like Lucas did a while ago. I PMd him to find out if he used heat resistant paint and did he have to prime the reflector first? I want it to look like this. I got Tom's headlight and I am planning to paint the reflector in preparation for the projector arrival next week. |
