Oklahoma has NO mercy. They Work for your checks.......actually they just passed a law that if you're pulled over for ANYthing now, they CanNOT give warnings. They have to write you a ticket. The DMV iz like Satan here....he doesnt care about you. Just pay up Sinner.

I received a speeding ticket a couple summers ago. (waz getting around a flatbed trucker on the turnpike whom waz spraying me w rocks). Popped me at 11-14mph over. I asked for slack, 'NO', he said. 'You need to slow down....' Cost me $225.50

Well, back in the day--not too long ago--you could hire an attorney, pay him twice the amount of the ticket and have it expunged. Well, those days are long gone(here). I really didnt want the points on me record----increased rates, etc.... So, I investigated an attorney....

well, short story long, this deal woulda prolly cost me(per the county DA, and several attorneys' opinions) $1,300.00, 1-2years probation, defensive driving courses, and still may NOT HAVE been expunged. I know it depends on the county butt it iz brutal here. So I just disgracefully 'took it' az it was two points and 2 fall of per year of being a non'sinner'.

Once again, you did good bud. Buy your attorney a stiff martini.....oh, you already did.

You need to move to Vegas if you want to go fast.

This town is a scam anyway, but the setup the courts have with the cops is insane.

Any ticket you get, no matter how fast, just call (702) TRAFFIC and give them the citation number.

For a $50 fee plus however much the fine is, they knock it down to a parking ticket with no points, no insurance notification, and no other penalty.

Two tickets going a buck ten in a 70, and my record is clean as a whistle.
