I'll be attending Sturgis...it's close to home and I'll be finished with the majority of the summer BBQ events with Wyoming Smokehouse.

It's great that you guys get all this info, hear in the UK it's like the bike don't exist!
We don't even get a price until july 1st, let alone place proper orders.

I hear your frustration load and clear. However there is nothing we - the Star VMax community here in the US - can do about that.
Who from your local VMax organizations has a good relationship with Yamaha?
It tooks years of hard work to get here on our side.

I am more than happy to work with you guys to get more concrete information, but its hard without having local contacts and trust plays a big role.

BTW I myself am originally from Europe and know only too well...

Now lets hope that lots of our US members go to these events and take pics and share their impressions. Better have a place to read about that, than nothing at all - wouldn't you agree?

I was hoping they were going to bring to "The Honda Hoot" in Knoxville, TN.
All the major manufacturers bring bikes to take out on test rides, and they show off thier show pieces.
Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait even longer to see one...

Now if they show the bike in Germany, I am sure they have it on tour. Might be following the Super Bike schedule?
