Here are some highlights of the new forum software we have installed:

Color coded categories: Some categories have been highlighted through background colors. This makes threads in such categories easier to spot. The most prominent one: The Welcome Mat

Category Subscriptions: If you browse to a specific category you can now subscribe to the entire category and receive an email for every post that gets made in there. This allos you to stay on top of entire categories with a singe subscription.

Thank You button: Say thank you if you like a particular post. Simply click and your thank you will be recorded and shown below the message

Multiple Attachements: Attach multiple files or images to a single post. Make sure you choose jpg, jpeg, png or gif files if you want to upload an image

Automatic Resize: Images now get resized. As long as they dont exceed a total file size, the site now performs the resize on the fly

Polls: Want to start a little poll and ask your fellow members about something and get their responses summed up? We will be setting up a dedicated category for you to start Polls.

Who Is Online: See all your fellow members that are online at the bottom of most forum pages. Color coding helps you see if moderators or admins are online.

Google Maps: Embed google maps in forum posts.

New moderation features: Helping the moderation team fight spammers and deal with special cases

Excellent!!! So Oliver w the auto image option, just slamm an image from my pics or wherever and this site does the rest reguardless of size???(within reason of course)

The 'Write Message' never disappears when I click on it.

And PM I try to send disappears ?

Also noticed it takes a while for this reply to down load and none of the Smiley's are moving ?

Yes the smily list is too long and we are working on a fix for it.

It would probably be easier to clean the Browser Cache instead of waiting to go it away on its own.
