and this is whr you need to go into.. and as you can see, NO ROOM @ ALL.. you will need to go in from the side with your other hand to help yourself out..

This is the bolt that i couldn't remove @ all..Ended up drilling it out and chiseling the bolt out with a hammer and flathead..

Dang, Q. Sorry you had such a time with the plugs. I did mine yesterday as well. Took me about 2 hours minus the two trips to Lowes. One for a set of SAE deepwall sockets and one for an angle adapter. Check out my pic on page 5 on how I got to the left front plug.

Ted your plugs look GOOD @ 40k.. They're the right color & you can tell your bike gets some high rpm use ;) The difference between the old & the new is the gap. Check your old plugs and I bet there's a pretty big gap difference from the new. They make the center electrode small to help alleviate quench from raw fuel.. It's a compromise tho, as the gap gets larger over time. Even Denso's 200k mile long life plug is recommended to be changed at 30k

Check out their racing plug (bottom of page) with Platinum ground/electrode..

Good article on how these plugs helped make an extra 750hp on Kens Turbo Mustang

I think the book says 12000 miles. Not for sure, I could be wrong.
