Some one please help me! The head light and instrument panel lights on my 1993 Vmax stop working and I don't have a clue as why they stoped working. Any suggestions?

Wiggle at the Starter Button and see if it's coming out a Bit. There is an Opener Contact in the the Switch, which cuts out every Circuit which is unnecessary for Starting to save the Battery Juice for the Starter. Sometimes this Contact is corroded aand/or the Button is stuck in the Casing just before the outer Travels stops.
If you regain Contact, i'd sincerly recommend taking the Switches apart(both left and right Handlebar) give them a intense Clean with a good Brand Contact Cleaner(i.e. CRC 2-26) and grease them up with a dieelectric Grease before mounting. |
