Why don't you just ride Home without rear Brake ??
I don't use it all, except sometimes for stabilizing the BIke when going out of Corner in the Twisties. The front Brake is your Friend, and even when your "afraid" to use the front, the ABS will save your Butt ! |

Did you apply brake hard at a low speed? It could be ABS...
I agree with squeeze...80% front and 20% rear on ocasion... I did have a simular clunk on my first hard rear brake trying to make it skid at a slow speed....testing the abs???? I would always like to lock up my rear tire and control stop with the front when people cut out in front of you!!!! hopefully they learn to not pull out in front of bikes again!!!! But check your brake assembly just in case...make sure nothing is loose!!! Remember it is a new bike!!! Now I'm gonna go run out and give mine a look over!!!! Mike D |
