Does anyone work at a Yamaha dealership? If so, would you be able to look up the cost of a headlight assembly & the part #? I scratched my plastic lens and I cannot seem to get out the scratches. I'm kind of anal about my bike, so I may have to end up ordering a new lens. I don't think you can order the lens by itself, so you have to order the whole assembly. My dealer said it was nearly $500.00 and I just find that hard to believe. I don't think he knew what he was doing when he looked up the part. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks guys! Even at $350.00, I'll deal with the scratches. I just bought a Mother's PowerBall mini and some Meguiar's Plast-X Cleaner & Polish at AutoZone. I hooked up the PowerBall to my electric drill and used the Meguiar's to polish the $%^& out of the spots that are scratched. It definitely helped to diminish the scratches. They are still there, but not nearly as noticeable. They are much easier to live with now!
