I'm looking to buy a backrest for my 09 Vmax. Price for new seems pretty steep.

Anybody have one that they want to sell. Black or chrome, will consider either.

I actually have a kick ass Corbin one with the oval back. It's got stitching just like the factory seat. I waited last year until someone came out with one other than the Star factory bar and pad. Ordered it last fall and it took forever to get in b/c they were on backorder. My wife didn't want to ride on back w/out a sissy bar of some sort. Now that I put it on, she's making other excuses not to get on back. lol Guess I can't blame her. Anyway, I took it off and just put on a stilleto since nobody's going to be on back.

edit: Reread your post and you said the price for a new one seems steep. You won't like the price of this one, then.

Love these bikes, but it's like modding a damn car, everything is ridiculously expensive.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I prefer to looks of the Yamaha backrest. Everyone has their own preferences.
