Was wondering if I should host a special Monster Garage in Oct/Nov and have Yamaha deliver the crated bike to my little shop. Would be fun to hold a little uncrating party and film the whole event.

Only problem: It's going to be hard to plan as I have no idea how much lead time I will get before it would show up.

No doubt, that wouldnt be possible to wait. If your dealer could give you as much heads up as possible it could work. I would absolutely love to come. And if possible Id love to go to the dyno shop too. Since thats where you are taking it for the first rides. Ive never done the math but I think we are about 5 to 8 hours away from each other. So that plus maybe 2 hours lead time and I could be there. Id be bringing my bike so knock off 25% of the official drive time. Let me know what you think.

I just did a mapquest from my house to San Jose ca. And it said 7hrs 14 mins 461 miles. So I figure if I leave that 25% in for fuel stops (5 I figure) it would probably take about 6 or 7 hours.
