There is an 09 Vmax for auction at Pickles auctions (www.pickles.com.au) at Moonah in Tasmania. It is in the damaged vehicles section. Only has 907 k's.
Is it one of our members bikes? |

One of our VMAX SPAIN forum members found another damaged VMX17 browsing through the web; no info on it, just the pic.
The bike looks like a US model. Any one we know? Rusty discs show some standing time.... Spanish Flyer |

From the damage seems like a rear end collision with catastrophic damages to the frame and structural integrity of the bike. The rear tire is 'flat'.
The Bike probably landed on the left side (not shown in the picture). The rear end seems to have a 'bent' to the left. I just hope no one was fatally injured on this accident. Maybe the bike as parked or idling at an intersection and someone making a cellular phone call while driving an SUV rammed right into it. SpanishFlyer wrote: |

Doesn't look good, but there are sure a bunch of expensive parts that could be pulled off that bike.

Looks to me like the lady with the Yukon was out driving again. My break lever wound up in the same position. Brings back bad memories and just makes me sick to my stomach. Really hope the driver of the bike is ok
