I just bought an '09. Interested in your V&H. How much to ship it to 96740? How much do you want for it? Do I need a tuner to use this pipe?

This may sound like a dumb question but are theses slip on cans or a complete system eliminating the cat? Remember I'm new to the Vmax Gen 2... Andy in Kona

It replaces the cat, but most still call it a "slip on" because it retains the front header pipes and rear down tubes.
