I am looking to trade my two bikes (both have clear title) for a 2009 Vmax and a little cash...depending on adds.
2007 Moto Guzzi Griso with 700 miles (purchased new in March 09), two year factory warranty, after market titanium exhaust, CRG bar end mirrors and a 2007 Ducati s4rs (both red and pearl white skin sets) with 1300 miles, Termignoni full exhaust and ECU, CRG bar end mirors.
Both bikes are better than show-room...

Wow, love both those bikes. You've got good taste in cycles. I'm a Big Guzzi and Duck fan. Both of those bikes have lots of character...just like VMax's. Almost bought a brand new V11 about 6-7 years ago. I wish I had 2 09' Max's, I'd trade you one for sure.

I wish I were a wealthy man, I would keep them for sure. I actually put a deposit down on the new Max in June of last year but got cold feet about January of '09 so, I asked the dealer to sell it. I had Ducati Paul Smart that I couldn't sell so I traded it for a BMW K1200R which I in turn traded to the Guzzi dealer for the Griso. During that period, the money that I had saved towards the Vmax I spent on the S4RS' cause it was too good of a deal to pass up. Fast forward to present day and I am longing for the Max that I never followed through on. With the "economy" the way it is I thought someone might be willing to do some trading around.
Regarding the question about the Guzzi compared to the Duc; they are two different bikes for sure. The Guzzi is longer, heavier, lower and more akin to a BMW or HD in the way it develops its torque down low. Despite its weight, it actually handles nicely despite the shaft drive.
The Duc, on the other hand is like piloting a comfortable superbike; it handles like a razor and is happier in the higher rpm range. Both bikes are not likely to be seen at a red light and are very mechanical in nature with the rattling dry clutches. The S4RS is my 4th Ducati and I will miss it when it is gone. I am hoping that the Vmax will keep me occupied and satisfied at the same time.

Samann, cant blame the brother, this bike puts a spell on you... As far as your bikes are concerned, Craigslist may be your best bet before bike prices go in the crapper as Sept-Oct gets closer...
