Brand new Accel in sealed wrapping. I bought 3. One is in my bike and I'm keeping one as a spare. This is drop in. No modifications. You dont have to use the Accel blue oil. I use the K&N red oil. This is not the 2114. Those dont fit perfectly. This one does. I found this out last year and bought a few to ensure I had spares before the rep sold them all. They used to cost on average of 31.65 to 42.75.
