TOPIC: Years riding experience?

For those that are purchasing the new vmax, how many years of street riding experience do you have? I imagine I'm on the low side with around 7 years.

32 years. First street bike 76 RD 400

I started riding some 22 years ago but would only count a total of 10-12 as real riding experience. Over the past 5 years I have averaged some 30k miles per year on various bikes.

33. First bike was a 175CL. Had a bike throughout the years most of the time. 33 years... Why do I feel old now?

You're not old.. 41 here, 1967 I had a 1964 Harley Davidson M-50 (made in Italy). Except for the times my license was revoked, I pretty much keep a bike around so I don't have to kick the dog

18 years. I learned on my pops '83 Shadow. I'm still on my first bike.

I've got 40 years riding 31 years on the street Honda CB500T was my first street bike: Makes me smile thinking about that bike and the wide open freedom I discovered on it

33 years started on a yamaha JT 60 first street bike Honda SL 175
