You guys gotta learn to keep your eyes peeled....your anticipation and reflexes are the only thing that will save your hide on a bike.

This is very true Soki but here in Manhattan drivers are very ballzy and show little respect for bikes. So if they think they are about to be ended by a Mack truck, they may think twice before jumping out into your lane, or across your lane say to stop and pick up a fare. Others just need a good wake up call while they are texting or dialing at say a red light in order to get their heads out of their asses. So yes anticipation, reflexes and one loud Fu<<in horn!

Got it done, with help from SpanishFlyer.

Muchas gracias senõr :-)

Just finish all the connections.
I even could use some parts and bolds from the old claxon.
No drilling at all.

When I tested the new one, my wife was sitting close to me.
I warned her, but the loud sound still came as a shockwave.

Now I have another problem.
How to get my wife out of the ceiling covers.

Now I have to put all the wires neatly in their place.

I'm really glad that it worked out fine!

Thanks for being a pioneer. I have the same horn on my workbench and haven't yet taken the time to figure out how to mount it. Your efforts will make my task easier.

It's not very complicated.
If you like, I'll explain some later what I've done.

It gives an irritating loud sound (for others)and that's what I like :-)

It works well they hear you with this horn .

I put the relay right next to the radiator hose .

Been there for over 1000 miles and a couple of bike washings.

Hey Chuck, where's a good place to put on a Gen 1?

No problem Chuck. I though about using top-left motor mount bracket or left side carb bracket.
