does anyone know when a passanger backrest will be available from someone other then Yamaha ,you know something a bit taller. My wife is breakin' my balls about going for a long ride but shes' afraid she'll fall off the back. Is there anything on the drawing board from some company. We are still gettin snow every second day so I'm not tottally stressed about the backrest yet. I'm with you guys about the backrest. I'm hoping someone like Corbin will step up and make one. The luggage carrier yamaha makes looks buttugly too so I'm Hoping someone will do us proper there as well. My wife has logged at least 35,000 miles on the old max and says she will not ride on the new one till it has a proper backrest. Can't tell you how many times on the old max she was caught by surprise when I gave it and the backrest saved her. After 34 years I don't want to lose her as I'm startin to get used to her.LOL!
