Been there, done that and pray it never happens again ! That vid brought back too many memories of close calls I have had over the years !

it looks like as soon as they hear their bike scrap the road they dont ride it out but sit up and the bike's balance goes out the window?

My name is Helen, I got my 1st bike in 1973 it was a 650 Yamaha in 1974 I had 2 650 Yamaha's I then got a 850 Yamaha and was the 1st in New Zealand to get the 1100 Yamaha.I have a 2005 xjr1300
I would like someone to buy me a 2009 VMax as I just love the look of this bike and I would love to ride and owned one. It's OK I now have my very own VMAX. "24thDec"

My thoughts exactly! Every rider seems to get into trouble on the same stretch of the road.

No, nothing really strange in that strech of the road. It is just a good spot for taking photos so there is always a crowd there and bikes ride by over and over again at full speed to impress the crowd. Inevitably a number of crashes happen every week. Luckily, most of them not very serious.
