Just got back from the dyno room.
We installed all mods on ynot1115s bike, downloaded the PCV mapping into it and ran some 8-10 full power pulls. The result: 202 (SAE) rwhps - within 0.5 hps of my own bike (found another hps during the tuning session today). At first I was happy to stay in the lead by 0.5 hps, until we compared the torque curves. He got me by 1 ftlbs of torque and two of my dips are definitely stronger on Tony's bike. This is as close as it gets for the Drag Fest! Guess we officially have a 200 hps club! More charts later... The great news: this was basically a bolt on of all the modifications and a download of the PCV settings - no custom mapping on his bike. FYI Stock clutch will definitely not take that much power. |

Yeah, the double disc mod is definitely needed to get power to the ground. Congrats Oliver

Thats getting to be alot of power. It's going to be hard to get that much hp and torque to hook up.
I need some parts so I can try and join the club. Congrats guys. |

Thats too cool Oliver. So its official... You have a "200 HP package". I truly hope this can turn into an actual monetary payoff (I know I know thats not what its about for you) for ALL the time and EFFORT you and your crew have put into the project. OR if nothing else maybe you will be able to relax a bit and take it easy.

Wow! Congrats! You don't know how much I look forward to posts like this! I'm always waiting with baited breath for your next break-through/improvement. Then I print out the Dyno graph, stare at it for a long while (say to myself...that's what I want my Dyno sheet to look like) and then I'll pin it up in my office. Glad to see you again accomplished what you set out to do. Great job!! Looking forward to the results on the 25th, wish I could be there.

I know that I should wait but I am very keen to know what bolt on items were used in addition to the PCV map??? I'm thinking that I might have the majority of the gear already on the bike (including the double clutch spring mod), waiting for your set-up instructions and Map. Would be awesome to blow the other contenders out of the water in the Dyno shootout at the Philip Island Moto Gp in a few weeks. Please Mr. FX, just a short list |
