I got something in the works with the star logo and graphics over my carbon fiber body set get to go see it in person this weekend going to have to send some pics to Star see if I get any response from them.

Tyler,

Forget about any response from Star. If you get any real response , You'll be the first !

Remember It's A Yamaha !

Not a Star !

Whatever your planning do it with Yamaha Logos !

I'm tired. I had more fun showing the bike to the Gen 1 owners and previous owners who hadn't seen the bike yet. But those are few and far between now. I have to admit I now wish I can just get in and out of a gas station without feeling like a Yamaha saleman.

I will never get tired of the :scary: look on peoples faces when the "1700cc V4 with 200hp" line comes out.

Then they just look stunned :focus: .

It's the awesome presence of the beast that gets em intrigued to start with.:photo: :steam:

It's very easy to talk to people about the things you love and it never gets old. I'll never get tired of lighting the tire of the beast or enlightening the minds of those who wish to know more about it. Some of the looks you see on peoples faces when you pull up on them is worth the price of telling them the tale. And most of the time you can read their lips easy enough it's always WTFIT

Last summer at bike night at Joe's crabshack, a rider flipped out over Max and offered to trade me his loaded out $34,000plus Ultra classic-AND HE MEANT IT-on the spot and I just looked at him and said, 'No Way, Man'

I'm only tired of explaining the Vmax to the so-called "Motorcyclist/biker" whatever, who claim they're motorcyclist. If the were, there's no reason to explain a Vmax if you've ridden bikes in the last 26 years, they're known to anyone who's slightly involved in motorcycles. As far as the "Star" part, I, like many of you, call it a Yamaha.

I had this guy at work who thought a 650 Yam sport bike, thought it could smoke it. I laught as well as another guy gave him a short education on the Vmax.
