Anybody taken on a Triumph Rocket III? 1 year, 8 months ago #1

Silly question probably. Rode one when they first came out. Not bad but I doubt they'll handle a Vmax. Anyone spanked one?

its been a while but one was at Kennedale one bike night, it was impressive! had a cool sound too, I dont remember any numbers

I pulled up to a guy on a rocket III we did 2 stoplights, the first I lit it up for him off a roll... the second light he wanted nothing to do with me.

Seen one at our 1/8 track running 6.60s 6.70s all stock ..Man-o-man are them things big !!

WE HAVE a couple of LOCAL ROCKETS that ya dont want to mess with that have been modded with the CARPENTER goodies around 250HP and 200ftlbs TRQ they have been picking on the ususpecting SQUIDS and are having a great time

It just doesn't sound mean. Sounds like a diesel engine. I'm sure it's got a powerful engine though. To each his own, right?

THATS the new ROADSTER more HP and TRQ and a lower price 13,900 not bad for 2300cc and 6000 dollars less than the MAX thats enough left to buy the 250HP package installed
