Chchow,

Just to give you a idea of the torque of this bike, you have to tape your hands to the bars to hold on to it.:rotflmao:

Chchow,
First of all, Welcome to starvmax forum, the best forum for the awesomest bike.

I can understand you liking the Agusta Mv f4, a real nice bike, but not a real good choice for a learner.

Some riding on private property with a farm bike would be a good way of getting some experience.
Getting out motorcycling on the road has a whole lot more involved since I did my riding test in front of the police station with the sargeant watching all those years ago.

There is the Riding/stay upright courses to get your L's, the actual test and not restricted to a 250cc like we were back then.
There are a whole load of Sport, cruiser, dual purpose and Scooter and off road ranges in sizes from 250cc to 650cc for a learner to choose from and a lot less expensive to purchase and fix when the inevitable happens...you are gonna have a few offs.

The best bang for buck and most powerful LAMS (learner Approved Motorcycling Scheme) bike being the Hyosung Aquila...I hope thats the right spelling.

There are the Sporty bikes like the 250 and 600 Ninjas etc.

Then a good selection of Cruisers in 250 to650cc like the Honda Shadow, Yamaha Virago, Suzuki Intruder, Kawasaki Vulcan, Kymco, Hyosung, etc.

Also a lot of Road trail/dual purpose bikes that would be a good choice as a first bike.

I hope you get out there and do a few test rides on some bikes and get the love of riding set in your blood, There is nothing comes close for the freedom of going where ya want when ya want on a bike made for that purpose.

Have fun and keep us updated.

Hi Earlzach,

Sorry, I didnt mean to bring any disrespect to this forum. I do not have any riding experience and I just wanted some advise from anyone who rides.

Thank you for making me realise that I have to start from a small bike and gain the experience to ride a bigger cc bike.

Before this i have not seen or heard about the v max. After Ive seen the videos and pictures of the vmax, ive fallen in love with it too.

im inspired to work hard to one day own both the beautiful f4 and vmax.

i used to think that i could start off with a big bike and now i know better.
