No-One from Dickinson 2 years 3 months ago #1

New to Vmax
39 whom went from riding sport bikes hayabusa and gxsr1000 and wasnt comfortable anymore as i have shoulder issues so I bought the next best thing 2009 Vmax with 2700 miles and I got a good deal. Just feels different than my other bikes feels hard to steer but sure I will get used to it.

Welcome!
I have more "grins" on the Vmax, than any other bike I've ever ridden.
I think you'll love it.

Welcome here. Congrats on getting a Vmax. Awesome bikes you had previously!

Takes some getting used to, but all and all will be more comfortable riding.

Next best thing he say's :rotflmao: ! That opinion will change soon enough, the more miles you put on this beast the smiles you will have and any lingering thouughts of sport bikes will be erased with every twist of the throttle :winkwink: !

Welcome to the site!!!!!

"Next best thing"? :hmmm: :rotflmao:

Congrats on your purchase.....I'm sure you'll be happy.

Does you Max have a wide wheel kit with a 240 rear tire? That will make it feel a bit heavier in the turns...check your air pressure, heavy bikes are a bit more sensitve to low air pressure in the tires.

If you have any questions......feel free to ask!
