Hi Everyone

I joined the "club" today and bought a new 2012 VMAX. Put about 35 miles on it and I already love the bike.

So, why a VMAX (besides the obvious awesomeness of the bike)? Along time ago I had a Honda V65 Magna. I loved that bike and have regretted selling it for the past 25 years. Since then I've had a sport bike and a bunch of Harleys. But none of them were as good an all-around bike as the V65 - until I got the VMAX!

Welcome, Smart choice ......

It's just too bad all of the current "new" Magna's, Sabre's all went to 2 cylinders... Crazy... if they stuck with the Concepts??? C'mon...
I have a couple of buddies that ride the V65's and try to tell these guys on the vtx's, sabres, magnas & shadows, they'd get smoke by an oldie....

It'll be a while till' someone comes out with something that'll match the new max. Period!!

Hey Remaxed

In the little time I've had the bike (3 hours) I already hate the mirrors (both how they look and the fact you need a wrench to adjust them - what a pain) and they need to go. I also might try some larger grips. Other than that I don't have any plans to mod the bike - it has more than enough power and I like the sound of the pipes.
