Hi Everyone,
Just picked up a brand new 2010 Red VMAX. I had a 2006 VMAX which I loved but traded it for a roadliner because my wife wanted to go riding more. Well after two years and maybe four rides I decided it was time to trade the roadliner for the new VMAX. I only had a chance to ride it 90 miles back from the dealer but I love it. I already ordered the Corbin peg lowering kit. If anyone has any info on this or any other useful tips I would appreciate it. Doughboy |

Welcome and boy do you have a lot of reading to do.
Feel free to search your questions and even resurrect a thread to ask a question or feel free to post up your questions but it may take up to a good minute to receive a reply. And don't forget to post up some pics. First mod: Remove the Warning label from the top cover. Instant 2HP gain... Second mod: chop the tail. (so now the smoke rolls out from under the rear better) Third: Pipes to your liking / air filter mod. Fourth: flash for it all by Guru Hang on and enjoy!! FYI check for recall info. Mike D |

Welcome,
Once upon a time, I worked in Highland but lived in Mahopac. Left NY over 10 years ago & lived in 3 different states since then. Use to always ride up Route 9. Moroney's Harley poker run, etc... Congrats on the new bike! |

Doughboy, welcome here and congrats on getting a 2010 Vmax. We are all in love with the beast, so you'll fit right in if your grin is as wide as ours while riding
At the end of November my family & I will visit New York. Sad to say can't bring my Max But we'll enjoy our stay big time, I'm sure! |
