I bought a M109 3 years ago in lieu of getting a Vmax. I've enjoyed riding it but always new it wasn't the same. I purchased a new 2012 last Wednesday and selling M109 to a friend. I have been on this forum a lot the last few days. I'll have 400 mi on the bike by tomorrow am. I've already ordered parts for clutch mod and spring retainer from Rick. Hi Ed,

I was also a x M109R owner before the Max, not a bad bike except for the clunky gear box....clunk clunk...enough to send you crazy, also the power the Max has compared...is no comparison.
