Hello from NC! I've been riding for about 15 years and have had 2 V Maxes- about 45,000mi on the first (until it sent a Dodge Dacota home on a flat-bed trailer after a collision), and about 20,000mi on the current one. Also have a '75 Superglide (35,000mi)and an '88 Sportster (trace mileage). I do all of my own wrenching out of necessity.

Welcome aboard newbie! My future brother-in-law rode his 02 super lide from West Virginia to here in South Dakota, twice. Nice bike for a Harley. I would like see your super glide if possible. Those older looking Harleys are cool to me. I've never owned one but have ridden a 04 soft tail and 06 street glide. After riding them I can understand why people buy Harleys, for the comfort. I call my friends street glide the geezer glide, it gets his goat! Ride safe!
