Anyone changed or know of taller handlebars for the 2009 Vmax?

Welcome to the site.

Not anything specific but any tapered bars with 1 1/8 at tree and 7/8 at the controls will work.

I believe Bad_Max got some in his accessory arsenal.

I've tried the Pro-Taper Countour bars in the Yamaha Raptor ATV bend, the heigth is good but they are too wide and can't shortened them due to the length on the end of the bars needed for the OE grips, switches and mirrors. What is Bad_Max?

Bad Max is a Member here and he figured those Spacers from Pro Taper www.protaper.com/index.html out. With such Spacers, you can mount any 7/8 Inch Handlebar you want.
