TOPIC: What exhaust (Mod) will you go with

What exhaust (Mod) will you go with 4 years 2 months ago #1

I think the x-pipe, big air kit the velosity stacks still in place for me. Just wondering about the fuel mapping and PCV that will be offered. I just want to bolt it all together, I'm not an advanced mechanic.

Nothing against the UFO pipes, I just want to keep the stock look, but do plan on the X pipes, UFO Max Tuner, Limiter
Fix, Air box mod with the new filter and NOS.
Don't really need any of the above, but like the fella said "I just want it".

I am leaning toward the UFO pipes with carbon fiber scoops to balance the look right now, but who knows what I will want tomorrow. :silly:

I fully agree blueta71's X-Pipe is awesome & without a doubt the only way to go, especially if you want to keep the stock look. His product and craftsmanship is first class like he is, I do not think that you could deal with a more honest & pleasant person. I look forward to getting mine! Go Mike!

I have already made a payment to UFO for the catsass setup it is what caught my eye but Jon is offering all three ways to go and he is doing all the research for us at a very good price and I'am pretty sure I will be happy.

I'm planning on X-pipe,PCV,and tossing the air box(and YCCI) for the down draft neck and filter setup fx showed... "SHOULD" be over the 200 rwhp mark.. That with a tire and shedding a few pounds??? Mid nines I think!

After alot of thought , I'll probaly fab up my own pipe i've drawn up on paper more than likely (it will be a back half 4-1 system). But if i was to buy whats out so far it would definately be one of UFO's pipes because he's been professional enough to post prices which are priced very reasonable and I simply think they are better designed pipes , I don't care for the way the x-pipe butts the rear tubes into the fronts and I wouldnt put something on my $18,000 motorcycle thats mig welded together.
