TOPIC: Username, what does it mean?

Re: Username, what does it mean? 1 year 3 months ago #71

I grew up pretty quick as a kid. All my friends were several years older than me so they all called me The KID... I went to school for computer science and programing (dropped out) but all my online handles were TheK1D... As I got older the I didn't feel the name fit (Although all my older friends still call me that) and wanted something different.
I was at an event where we all asked our zodiac signs... I was the only Gemini in a group of about 25 -30 people. Then I met this lady a few weeks after that who was here on vacation from Europe. We were talking and she said to me "Your a Gemini aren't you?" Turns out she was deep into Astrology did a birth chart for me. I didn't know this at the time but the zodiac sign most of use relate to is only our Sun sign. There are actually 12 signs in our birth chart, and it is believed that the sign we are most dominated by is the one that molds our personality not our Sun sign.
Well turns out that I'm a Penta Gemini. My first 4 Major signs & the 6th all fall under Gemini. The lady said that she had never done a chart with one sign being as dominate as mine. She was 72 and had had been doing this since she was 16. Her mother and her grandmother and great grandmother also did astrology.
So After that I used G3M1N1 as my handle.

I ride a Vmax.
I'm a drummer, so by usual default, my favorite band is Rush. Wanted some numbers and "2112" is one of my favorite albums. There ya go!

In 2004, when I bought my DAD's 2000 MAX, I felt as though I had been "MAXXED"!

In late June 2008 upon ordering "The Beast"...I finally took a ride with GISMO to see the "09" and after seeing it I felt as though I was "RE"maxxed. Second time around, Gen2, yada yada :blahblahbla .
THEN, Immediately ordered the reg. plate "REMAX", but lots of people asked me if I was affiliated with the real estate firm lol.

At the end of Dec. 2008 the bike finally came in and THAT plate "REMAX" did NO Justice for the bike :nononono: , So I changed the marker to MAX.PWR. :guitar:
but I retained Remaxed here on the Forum.

I found it works best to pick a simple username, then add your zip code to it. A quick google on the zip code and you can find the city and state. I have a "pilot" license, and I'm from zip code "55060" (Owatonna, MN). If I ever get stopped for speeding, I hope they ask if I have a license to fly. Well officer, as a matter of fact.......

How do you do, everyone!
I am a Japanese.
It goes to "ESPER" well.
Although I am poor at English, I do my best using translation software!
The origin of ID is its initial.

MarMel is an abbreviation of two names.
My name - Marcin; and my wife - Melania. First three letters of each name makes a MarMel.
The day she accepted my engagement ring (I proposed) was the day I accepted a new VMAX (bought my bike). It's been great ever since for both of us :) ;)
