Bad Max went down that road and if I remember correctly it was near impossible to install but wait to see when he reads this , I know he tried it though , Try searching back in past posts typing in that tire size

Thanks, Craig As Capt Bob has stated, Bad_Max and some others had a very difficult time getting the bead started on the install...the place that I use in San Diego, has a tire changing machine that does it with no problems...I would check with a place that does motorcycle tire changes and ask them if they have ever done this before...some members ripped the bead of the tires up, trying... |

The problem isn't getting the tire on, it's getting it to blow up once you get it on. It can be done, but it's a bitch. The end result is really only suited for drag racing, as it does change the final gear ratio, but it's not a very good tire for twisties. The speedometer gets thrown off even worse than the stock tire.
