TOPIC: Thin Blue line. God Bless

Re:Thin Blue line. God Bless 4 years 9 months ago #21

I am not American, but I do not think that it matters. I feel obligated to anybody to show support for the brave men and women who loose thier live in the line of duty.
No matter where you are from- A HERO IS A HERO!!!!!

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to “The United States of America” for an amount of “up to and including my life.” That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand.

Count me in..Don't know the whole story behind this, but it is horrible that something like this can and will happen out in the real world. My thought's go out to the family and friends of the officers that fall in the line of duty..

Yeah...me too. I thought something was wrong with the website...or my computer!

My father-in-law is former President of the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police (the Lodge is named after him) and also former Pres. of the Pennsylvania FOP. Several friends are State Policemen as well. OhioMike...thanks for getting this started. Great thread and a very cool thing to do.

Vegas has lost three officers in the past four months. Very sad. My neighbor is a Metro PD academy instructor here and has been pretty bummed lately.

Condolences go out to all our brothers in arms...

BUMP..
Its looking pretty awesome when you look at the front page with almost all of the avatars showing our support. I know for a fact that little things like this go a very long way to making people feel the love. When those officers families see a screen shot showing our support it will really hit their hearts. So if you have not changed your avatar yet PLEASE do so. Thanks
